So many great benefits including a nap room, (yes a freaking nap room), strong starting pay, free daily catered organic veggie lunches, indoor bike storage, free and discounted produce (the best of the best), free memberships and discounted commuter deals, field trips, the list goes on. It's women owned and operated and it really feels like it, they take care of their employees when it comes to benefits.
Minpunten
If you're not in the in crowd in the warehouse you will be passive aggresively picked on. Also there are many women who work in lower management with "alternative lifestyles." Some of whom strongly dislike straight individuals or anyone who doesnt assuage their insecurities or fit into their idea of how someone who works at VV should look, think and act. Makes an uncomfortable vibe for some. This culture seems to only be in the warehouse. Office and upper management have a great energy.
