Minpunten

* lack of experience and arrogance is common, especially in management roles * quite big turnover of people In general, 1-2 star reviews are quite on point. As another example, seen all of the developers in one of the departments quit on the team lead because of micromanagement. No consequences for the lead. Seen people quit without fallback job.

I'm an engineering student from Canada who worked at Verity for an internship. The experience was incredible and I recommend it highly to other students looking for an international internship. -Interesting work -Amazing work life balance -Encouraged to take days off to recharge -Good work hours -Work from home flexibility -Diverse team

Minpunten

It is a smaller company that is rapidly growing so things shift frequently. I found this a pro but I understand it can be challenging for some who are used to working at larger more stable companies.
