The operations team is without a doubt the place to be: great leadership, great colleagues and friendly atmosphere.

The company does not have a good structure. There are questionable relationships between members of the management team and younger employees. The company leadership is quite poor, clearly depicts an academia-forced-to-industry approach.

I'm an engineering student from Canada who worked at Verity for an internship. The experience was incredible and I recommend it highly to other students looking for an international internship. -Interesting work -Amazing work life balance -Encouraged to take days off to recharge -Good work hours -Work from home flexibility -Diverse team

It is a smaller company that is rapidly growing so things shift frequently. I found this a pro but I understand it can be challenging for some who are used to working at larger more stable companies.
