No leadership whatsoever. CEO is asleep at the wheel. Complete chaos. No planning. Constantly missing deadlines. Low compensation unless you know the right people, or are a young man. Get paid the same as co-workers 15 years younger than you while you are teaching them to do their job. Men getting paid 40% more than equally qualified women with more work experience. Rather than change managing their existing staff, they laid off loyal employees of 10, 15, 25 years to replace them with 25 year olds that came cheap, they just have no idea how to do their jobs. I don't know how purposefully hiring "early-in-career" can't be characterized as deliberate age discrimination. Hopefully going to find a new job where I don't have to babysit.
