Minpunten

Work environment is very toxic When their work is done and they do not have any project they put in fake PIP so that you forcefully put resign. Project timings very bad. Even in that they ask to come office every 2 day for half day. Management is not supportive

1. Onboarding was quick for contractors 2. They offer health benefits for contractors 3. They meet with you monthly to make sure everything is ok 4. Very responsive when it comes to pay inquiries

Minpunten

1. No benefits for long/short term disability 2. Not helpful in working with you to find another position when your contract is ending 3. No PTO or paid holidays for contractors 4. Onboarding was fast, but still seemed a little discombobulated in comparison to other agencies I've worked for
