Once you are out of project you are out of organization. The Sales guy in US with zero technical and functional understanding decides whether you stay or not. Owner lacks values and is at mercy of sales guy. Female employees are ill treated largely

1. Onboarding was quick for contractors 2. They offer health benefits for contractors 3. They meet with you monthly to make sure everything is ok 4. Very responsive when it comes to pay inquiries

Minpunten

1. No benefits for long/short term disability 2. Not helpful in working with you to find another position when your contract is ending 3. No PTO or paid holidays for contractors 4. Onboarding was fast, but still seemed a little discombobulated in comparison to other agencies I've worked for
