Can be hard to schedule service with customers
I would work more then others only to find out the previous day before I met with them I worked and they got to chill at home.
The people on my team and the teams we worked with are talented, smart, and collaborative. Probably the best team I’ve ever worked on, and both of the managers I had were wonderful! Generous benefits. Nice environment.

Upper management, VP and C-suite level treat employees, especially IT infrastructure and support employees, like lower-class citizens. The demand to do more, faster, and better is constant, and everyone is burnt out and demoralized. It keeps getting worse. There are more and more projects getting piled on IT every day, but they don’t hire the people who are needed. You feel overwhelmed constantly and there is always a new urgent thing. It’s very draining.
