Azienda molto solida visto il settore in cui opera, ticket restaurant, grande attenzione sia alla sicurezza del dipendente che alla postazione lavorativa.

Minpunten

Lavoro interessante nel primo periodo, grazie all'entusiasmo di affrontare nuove sfide e alle prospettive di apprendimento. Tuttavia, col passare del tempo, è diventato sempre più rutinario e ha perso l'appeal delle sfide stimolanti e delle evoluzioni tecnologiche. La situazione è resa più complessa dal fatto che, a parte alcuni manager isolati, sembra che manchi una visione globale sulla necessità di modernizzare le tecnologie ormai obsolete. Questo può avere diverse conseguenze.

The people on my team and the teams we worked with are talented, smart, and collaborative. Probably the best team I’ve ever worked on, and both of the managers I had were wonderful! Generous benefits. Nice environment.

Minpunten

Upper management, VP and C-suite level treat employees, especially IT infrastructure and support employees, like lower-class citizens. The demand to do more, faster, and better is constant, and everyone is burnt out and demoralized. It keeps getting worse. There are more and more projects getting piled on IT every day, but they don’t hire the people who are needed. You feel overwhelmed constantly and there is always a new urgent thing. It’s very draining.
