People are great to engage with, even if they are not your teammates or work with them directly. Culture is great as well. Many activities like sports and company events

Wfh/hybrid set up works just fine. I don't know why they need to switch to full onsite set up, especially if you are supporting other country. Pay increase depends on your role and performance. When people leave, the recruitment takes so long that's why the workload is distributed to the remaining employees, such a burden.

Get your own work truck that you can use personally. Any tools/equipment you need is compensated. All travel is also compensated. Get to travel, not every day is the same.

Can work odd hours depending on the customer and what needs done. Have to do a lot of scheduling yourself and there is a ton of paperwork.
