I'm particularly impressed with the technical leadership — they’re approachable, knowledgeable, and open to new ideas. The company culture encourages ownership and innovation without micromanagement. Overall, it’s a great place for experienced developers who want to grow while working on meaningful, well-engineered products.

      - Quarterly Bonus - can choose to be hybrid or remote

      - Lack of clearly defined processes or best practices - HR is very old fashioned: lower pay, minimal pay increase, no paid paternity/maternity leave while execs get treated like royalty - They will give you laptop/computer that are 6 years old, making it impossible to do your job day to day. - the company seems to have a bad rep amongst other employers when applying for new jobs. They might NOT want to see that you’ve worked here for a long time just fyi.
