      Half-day Friday during the summer (but don't get too excited you still have to work 40+ hours).

      Minpunten

      This might work for you if you don't have a partner or kids or family or friends. Expect to work 50+ hours and don't get recognized for any of it as it is expected. It's the Vestar way. This is a white male dominated company, no diversity or women in leadership whatsoever. Terrible benefits, no perks, although they try to sell on them. All they care about is profit and they treat their employees like they are indispensable and tradeable.

      Exposed to a large commercial market.

      Minpunten

      Lot's of egos, favoritism, good ol boy club, cliques, backstabbing & throwing others under the bus, lots of passing the buck & lack of accountability. Plenty of excuses for bad management and toxic employees.
