- 2 weeks "free" per month - being allowed to go home on weatherdays and get paid by RVA - nice colleagues

Minpunten

- higher management doesn't take service technicians serious and dont care about their valuable feedback - a lot of errors in the overly complex salary payment - payments are not in time - as a technician there are not many opportunities to grow in skill and salary

Long hours – can be very physically demanding. Carcinogenic fumes everywhere, and fiberglass. Toxic coworkers if you're unlucky enough to have them on your crew. Shady leadership practices.
