Vida was a pleasure to work for, they have great benefits, nice staff and a really good culture which they constantly work on to improve.

Minpunten

The only negative part which is my personal opinion is that the pay isn’t great. They don’t benchmark and do their market research to keep salaries in line what they are are elsewhere, hence why I left the company. For the amount of work I had to do my salary wasn’t keeping in line and it felt unfair. I have managed to find a huge pay in crease for the same role elsewhere. It’s a shame they didn’t try to match it but I’m happy I made the move.
