The turnover of staff is out of control and no one is doing a thing about it Not much new or innovative has been brought to market in recent years. There have been some seriously questionable senior appointments in recent years, a few have worked out, most have not. Over the past few years they have reverted to an autocratic management style. Consequently, they have lost a lot of very good people, many of whom had committed a large part of their working life to the Vitec Group. Some are now working for the competition! They are now being managed by a team mostly from outside the industry. The senior leadership style in private is intimidating, patronizing and condescending, but outside the management team comes across as approachable, caring and considerate. That is until you publicly question the direction! A very unstable and unpredictable management style is certain to fail in delivering reliable results.
