Maybe the only one is that it’s located in Italy, there are no any other pros that I can mention!

- Really close minded company and no flexibility at all. - Poor leadership that has no interaction at all with the employees and just treat them as numbers! - Poor wages and compensation. - You can’t earn their trust! - No development opportunities or initiatives! - lack of transparency even about the company strategy! - Forget about promotions. - No diversity and the organization culture is very blurry!

Nice people that work there for the most part

This place is a joke- sinking ship that has no idea how to right it. Company losing market share and 4% revenue yoy since 2021. Leadership leaving at all levels, pay is honestly at or below poverty level at this point and micromanagement is off the rails because targets are not being met. On the verge of another huge layoff stateside.
