Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment and I’m very disappointed to read that your experience with us left you with such a bad impression. I, and other senior colleagues at Videndum, spend time with the Divisional leadership teams and I strongly believe that we listen to our employees. We run an annual survey which c.80% of employees respond to, and 88% of participants say they would recommend working at Videndum to a friend. We also give employees the opportunity to suggest any improvements the Group needs to make. We then develop and implement action plans to address the feedback we receive.
