-I personally had a hard time with HR leadership was never really clear -they like to work people who will do stuff for free or rather "for learning experience"as they like to say. -Production team is a tough staff they are very much click culture - The pay is so bad -work life balance is tough in operations you can be on call a lot -when covid hit I was expected to be around 24/7 to help departments I didn't even technically work for -They will promise you job titles if you do the work for free for YEARS!
