Too many ad-hoc, unproductive activities as POC, partnership activities, event demonstration, etc. with no long term return. 5. No medical insurance coverage for dependent parents - cannot add as top-up on base policy. Poor leave policies - weekends might be counted in. 6. Arrogant MD & founder - he thinks he knows the whole world on the basis of microprocessor technologies, image processing, etc.
