The senior management out of Swiss HQ is the problem, and everything imploded quickly. The managers were detached, paranoid, and inept, actively sabotaging their employees while having no idea what individuals' jobs actually entailed. The Swiss managers are openly sexist, racist, and homophobic, and arbitrarily fire employees from other branch offices, in other countries, or entire teams for reasons including "not pretty enough." They seem to operate multiple shadow businesses out of the Zurich HQ, all of which are extremely sketchy. They know very little about the tech they are managing, but are resistant to data-driven, subject matter expert, and best practices suggestions for ego-driven reasons.

Viewster's pay is positive and the people who are not in the management are friendly and have the smart mind. It can hire the good people for the job.

Viewster always changes its mind about the strategy. It has made two massive layoffs in the past eight months in Europe & US, not ever to decide what it wants to do as a company. No research or thought goes into the major decision making, often making consequences that require cleaning up.
