I want to write review in glassdoor for my company here are the bullet points for review - non friendly environment, micro management, continue changes in hr and company policy - layoffs in multiple departments including sales and .net team within 6 months - layoff in the name of performance, forced to write good reviews in glassdoor - no proper management from project manager and management - management lacks in bringing long term projects in teams - politics within the company, many project manager watch friends series during working hours - no job security and lacks vision in products

Minpunten

Workload can sometimes be repetitive with similar SEO tasks. Limited exposure to advanced SEO strategies depending on project allocation. Stipend could be better compared to market standards. Growth opportunities may depend on performance and availability of full-time roles.

Flexible working style and a supportive manager. coworkers are very helpful, and I’ve learned a lot about the technical side of the industry. It’s a good place to sharpen your skills.

Sometimes the focus is more on getting "high numbers" rather than "high quality" leads, which makes it harder for the team to actually close them.
