Mediocre Management - werkgeversreview Mechanical Engineer bij Viking Engineering

Having three bosses that all want different things done at the same time usually under overzealous timelines. Consistently changing what your priorities are while wondering why things don't get done. Poor upper management decisions on projects that result in longer project time and more work for the engineer. Will discriminate between employees based solely on favorites. Raises are lackluster and won't get your ahead of the inflation curve. Machines are 30+ years old and still have problems that management won't fix but continue to slap half worked up "improvements" on. Overworked and under paid.
