Pluspunten
The fact that they are an excellent team and have a lot of potential. I was working with very smart people, in fact the smartest lot I've seen yet! And they picked up professionalism too. Professionalism and smartness work in tandem here. Be cool, you'll find out. Manik is supportive in many ways - you get latest laptops (I however was bereft of that both times), you get great technology to work with! I am thankful to Manik for helping me out back in 2018 when my mother had died and I was looking for a job. When I came back in 2021, I was happy to be a part of the team, which got bigger and smarter, and had international players with team members from different countries as part of SnackMagic, of which Vinsol became a part. I got excellent experience from all Vinsol employees & staff and SnackMagic team (which now is not limited only to SnackMagic, but works on SwagMagic, DSD, Tap & Cork etc. too). Manik is also almost always supportive, but up to some level. That might be with me, not with you.
Minpunten
I think the major challenges lie in the way the organization is headed. There is no hire-and-fire culture - there never is! Simple! Manik is just fooling you in the name of shifting something called 'legal liability'. If you ever face such a thing, first of all, have patience and have faith in yourself - you are not wrong, just cannot be accommodated currently. Second, if you feel like you never wish to work here (that should never be felt ideally and you should be open to opportunities), just send a resignation to the employer by post, which shows that you have delivered on your end of the bargain.
