It's a joy to work for a mission-driven company in the sustainability space (circular economy). The more you grow the business the better the environmental impact - that's something rare and wonderful. The culture is great. Everyone is very driven but also real team players. It is refreshingly free from politics and egos. The company has made remote working work seamlessly. Despite being mainly remote it's one of the most collaborative and effective places I have worked and relationships between colleagues are strong. CEO is passionate, very open and honest, intelligent, fair and hugely determined for the company - she's a respected leader and great to work for.

Really no cons for me. Like many start ups, external factors can cause turbulence and a lot of change, which isn't for everyone, but if you're comfortable with that it also brings learning and progression.
