The comlanh believe all the clients belong to them and not you. they dont let you deliver personal training outside virgin. They pay you less than half of what the session is charged at for the customer. Managers make your life difficult by attempting to give you letters of concern for not responding to email. Equipment not as good as in my private gym. They now want pts to upload all sessions onto a dwtabase 24 hours before the session is delivered. The client ks automatically charged if they cancel within 24 hours
