Management treats ground staff like school kids – make us sit through in-house training about providing a holistic experience to the members where the in-house trainer was just reading off the slides or making us do school-like activities. Talk about providing a holistic wellness experience for members, yet ignore the physical and mental wellbeing of staff, especially ground staff. Favoritism and biasness towards certain people/race/citizens.
