      You can wear tshirts and get free pizza once every few weeks

      Minpunten

      The management is terrible. They have no idea how to treat employees and love to micro manage people. They have workers that are their favorites and let them do anything and the rest of the people get scolded for talking for 2 minutes. They also think they're so generous for letting you work for them when you can easily get way better benefits and management elsewhere.

      Very casual work environment. Management will let you work without bothering you as long as you are professional and get your work done. I enjoyed learning about e-commerce and customer service. There is a small family feel that you won't find at a corporate job.

      Minpunten

      It gets a bit cold and hot depending on the time of year. I was pulled off of jobs to work on more pressing projects. This can be a bit frustrating for people who don't like change.
