Great product and TAM, some smart people and strong use cases

Minpunten

Dictatorial management structure, self-preservation culture (toxic at times), HR department AWOL, constant cost cutting and changes to messaging stifling creativity, micromanagement prevalent. Salaries and benefits (including annual leave) also much lower than other companies in SaaS (aforementioned cost focus).

Visier has a great company culture, where feedback and candor is welcome. Everyone genuinely wants to help you win, grow and mature your career. I feel professionally challenged an surrounded by incredibly smart people. The product itself is strong-- with a great trajectory for opportunity.

The embedded sales division is a revolving door sold to execs as “special” but run on unstable, outdated, and neurotic processes that constantly fail. Leadership talks big but delivers results far below industry standards. Millions were wasted hiring new reps and marketing support — most were let go or quit within a year. Toxic leadership and a boys’ club culture make it worse.
