It used to have decent benefits, but not anymore.
Minpunten
Oh boy, where do I start? The compensation was terrible. Benefits used to be decent; however, they now ask employees to share the cost and claim to provide flexibility to the employees so we can allocate HSA and PSA. What a gracious gesture! I should cherish the flexibility on my knees and preach the generosity! The product was not flexible. Yes, it's a powerful tool, but only if you know how to use it. Good luck with that. Management is toxic. Constant office politics and infighting within the management boards. The CEO thinks he knows everything. If you are not doing his way, you are wrong. The people who actually do the work usually become the scapegoat. They preach that meeting the bar is good because Visier has a high bar. And yet, when it comes to rewards season, you won't be getting a 100% bonus for meeting your bar, that's for sure. They asked people to come to the office three times a week, but when asked about what's the consequence of not coming to the office, they changed their mind and said, oh, it's just a principle; we don't want to set a rule. No wonder the 2nd floor is empty all the time. Favouritism runs all over the organization. You can do no wrong if you are a Management Board Member's favourite. You will get rewarded constantly by simply doing your job. You don't even need to be good at it. If you are unfortunately on their bad side for whatever reason, all I can say is good luck. There is no way to crawl out of the hole. They will find every opportunity to blame and belittle you, even if that's not your fault. You can have another person say the exact same thing to the management board member, and they will agree to the other person and say your delivery is confusing, even if it's the exact same word.
