Tons of opportunity to have an impact and growth as you do Things that aren't working out get changed - always striving for 'better than yesterday' (high change environment) Brilliant/talented people to work with Fun culture - company events (Grouse recently!), happy-hours, pick-up basketball, etc Cutting edge of HR tech space

Lots of change - if you are comfortable with change this is a pro, if you are not, it can be challenging. Management care deeply about results and are sometimes too in the weeds as a result

Visier has a great company culture, where feedback and candor is welcome. Everyone genuinely wants to help you win, grow and mature your career. I feel professionally challenged an surrounded by incredibly smart people. The product itself is strong-- with a great trajectory for opportunity.

The embedded sales division is a revolving door sold to execs as “special” but run on unstable, outdated, and neurotic processes that constantly fail. Leadership talks big but delivers results far below industry standards. Millions were wasted hiring new reps and marketing support — most were let go or quit within a year. Toxic leadership and a boys’ club culture make it worse.
