Minpunten
Staff are leaving at an appalling rate and no effort is being made to retain these talented colleagues. Management are so focused on their budgets and agendas rather than listening to staff, that they're ignoring the colleagues under their care or are driving them out because they no longer fit with the culture of the department. As these colleagues leave, others are expected to pick up much of their work and train the replacements - if they manage to get them in. This results in existing colleagues feeling burnt out. Some managers have no clue what they are doing, or act like they do, push their own agenda and are simply rude to those around them. It's now common to hear of managers making colleagues cry with their actions. And they believe their behaviour is acceptable.
