Pluspunten

Excellent work/life balance in my role, well-supported by my Line Manager. The ability to do a fairly unglamourous job that ultimately helps people get treatment for cancer satisfies the "Do Some Good" part of my brain.

Minpunten

Most departments are Reactive in addressing issues, not Proactive. This means we have multiple products with small bugs that need fixing, and yet we're still focussing on developing the next new software idea.
