Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We’re sorry you are not having the best possible experience at VisionPoint! To clarify, PTO does start at a rate of 14 days for all employees, with opportunities for increases with tenure. We do offer 8 paid holidays in tandem with a flex time policy to recognize the importance of a work / life balance. We also do offer maternity leave in conjunction with a voluntary short term disability policy to provide some paid coverage. We strive to have a positive feedback culture, which is why we’ve implemented things like a “kudos” Slack channel and monthly MVP nominations, but are sorry to hear that hasn’t been your experience. Our physical offices are currently closed through at least the end of the year, but when we are able to get back together we are greatly looking forward to opportunities for more team events, lunch and learns and more in-person gatherings and collaborations. Our team leads group will be discussing this to ensure we’re recognizing the successes of VisionPointers consistently, in addition to providing constructive feedback as needed to ensure our employees are consistently learning and growing!
