I began working at VIP prior to having my children. During my tenure, I have been able to raise my kids and manage a healthy work/life balance. As I have moved up within the company, executive management and leadership have provided me full support, learning opportunities, challenges and mentorship. This includes IT, Payroll and HR. Each of these functions has the number one focus of supporting our client delivery team. They have defined protocols and procedures that ensure operations that service clients and employees run smoothly and efficiently. Some may consider these operations as inconvenient, however; they are critical to the overall success of the company.
