Pluspunten
Earlier in my time at the company, there was a stronger sense of stability, collaboration, and opportunity. I gained valuable experience and worked with talented individuals who genuinely cared about their work and supporting their teams. There are still pockets of great people across the organization doing their best to maintain standards despite ongoing challenges.
Minpunten
The company has gone through significant cultural and structural shifts in recent years, largely driven by repeated restructuring and layoffs. This has created an environment where stability is uncertain and morale has noticeably declined. Compensation often does not align with the level of responsibility or the volume of work expected. As workloads increase, support does not always scale accordingly. Career growth can feel limited, even for long-tenured employees and those consistently meeting or exceeding expectations. Advancement and internal movement do not always appear to be based on performance alone, which can be discouraging for those seeking fair and transparent opportunities. There is also a growing disconnect between leadership decisions and day-to-day operational realities. Changes can feel reactive rather than well-planned, and communication around those changes is not always timely or clear. Over time, it becomes difficult to feel secure long-term, regardless of performance level, and many employees appear to be quietly navigating that uncertainty rather than feeling supported through it.
