The management, HR and the systems in place are unkind and unfair. No thought is put towards people and their situations in life, and they take advantage of your time and belittle you when putting yourself first. Mental health is disregarded at the profit of the company. They let dedicated, hard working staff go because they cannot pay their wages when they overshoot themselves and take too much on, rushing huge projects and not having the financial means to pay salaries for staff who have been there +1 years. Staff are overworked, paid minimum wages and unsupported. For a family run place, a real lack of support when the time matters.
