      You get to work on interesting projects

      Minpunten

      Stressful, no communication between management and everyone else. Bullying is common. Shouting is common. Aggressive management style. A lack of respect towards staff to such a degree that they're being driven away and the staff turnover is extremely bad. No progression.

There’s a sense of camaderie which is always nice Exposure to a wide range of creative projects Good opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas rather than being siloed into one Opportunity to influence processes The company is still evolving, so there is scope for employees to suggest improvements and shape how things are done.
