The owners are callous and care only about sales. Absurd micromanagement by account managers who are given a producer role despite being salespeople. They know nothing about the production process. They try to get as many clients as possible for unsustainable budgets - resulting in an illogical workload where everyone is constantly at overcapacity. They churn through entry level creatives working for the lowest wage possible. They rely of subtle bullying to keep people insecure and desperate and create a perception that there is nothing better out there. The have a bad reputation in the industry and to many of their client who have been burned. The negative perception I received after leaving made me want to hide and downplay my time there on my CV.
