- There is a very well known fear of expressing honesty on surveys or in meetings by lower-level employees. - Corporate Politics are alive and well! If a member of the C-Suites disapproves of you, you WILL lose your job no matter your contribution. - Paranoia plays a huge role in how easy or difficult your job will be. You almost have to reassure your Boss of your loyalty very regularly. - The job is very stressful as the product is always experiencing issues so blame is shifted from department to department with little to no real resolve. - The workload is RIDICULOUSLY unbalanced.
