Pluspunten
Potential job growth (IF you're at the right location and have the right supervisor) and sometimes they'll feed you for doing OT
Minpunten
Leadership will push teams to meet quota even if it means doing "mandatory" OT all year. I have even seen leadership make warehouse employees deliver their products (car filled to the brim, unsafely) to couriers themselves because they have missed the cut off time for package pick ups. Felt like HR (after acquisition) shared too much information on matters that I had no purpose in knowing, such as why a person left or was let go etc.
Before acquisition - Boys club. All leadership were related and male. Most were extremely sexist and open about it. You could tell a lot of them got their job because they were related to someone higher in the chain as they had no idea what they were doing.
After acquisition - Some women and more diverse folks were hired onto the engineering team as well as in the office BUT they and even most of the seasoned employees all ended up leaving because of the new leadership. Highest I've seen the turn over rate in years.
