Good and supportive collegues. I had great relationship with most former collegues. The environment was very international, a good chance to learn about different cultures.
Minpunten
Low entry-level pay with very limited opportunities for growth, at least in the IT Department. There is no financial support or training funding for employees to pursue certifications or professional development. The overall improvement in the organization is minimal. Management is poor: many in leadership roles lack long-term vision and continue to operate reactively, with no clear strategic direction even after extended periods of uncertainty. Some stakeholders create a toxic work environment, pushing employees to overwork without providing adequate managerial support. Employee wellbeing is often neglected; even when staff raise concerns, they are not taken seriously until the situation becomes critical.
