The office looks nice, that's it!
Minpunten
I was part of Viterra Pricing desk, as an operation controller. In the interview I was presented with an opportunity that was far from what the position was in itself. While Viterra is a traditional company, it is well organized and it might present good opportunities for talent in some of the teams. But NOT in the pricing desk team. In 8 months working time no one said ever thank you for once. You only hear your name when things go wrong, and someone will make sure to point fingers and be loud about your mistakes, and this is a team where 95% of the processes are fully manual. Conflicts are a daily thing, and if you're not the favorite one of your coordinator you are always wrong. The manager acts like he promotes open talk, but everything can be used against you in your valuation. Honestly, the most horrible working experience I have ever had.
