Salaries are bellow market ranges in the country I live in. No collective agreement, example of negative impact is that company has all the leverage during salary talks. Occupational pension is not following ITP standard and can not be placed in same banks/insurance. Many legacy applications and old technologies. Seen many people find other jobs and leave the company during the few years spent there. Takes very long time to hire replacements and sometimes not hiring any replacements at all.
