There is no company helicopter, submarine, hovercraft or private jet

VI is a great company to work for in so many ways, but the overall comradery is what makes this company one to come to day after day. Being a small company can have it's cons, but I look at it more as a pro. It allows you to work more closely together with the different departments that make up the company. A few other pros would be the Friday company lunches they provide, full snack bar and drink fridge, quarterly company events and even the occasional happy hour. Overall, VI is a great place to work and the excellent support staff keeps this company molded and flourishing. VI has a lot of upside and I'm happy to be apart of it.

One of the biggest cons to VI would be the small size of the company. While this was noted as a pro, being such a small company and the fast paced growth of IT can sometimes lead for changes to be made without everyone being informed of these changes. This sometimes causes communication issues between departments, but being such a tight knit company, this is easily overcame.
