- you may have the chance to work with some good people if they stay enough within the company; - approval for some training and courses;

Minpunten

- lack of workflows and processes; - overworked and frustrated people; - many layoffs, resignations, and quiet quitting; - initiatives to improve or adapt some new workflows are quickly rejected without considering them and you even receive pushback from the management; - there isn't a work review/ appraisal process, your salary will increase only if you threaten with resignation (even some of the team members mention that they haven't got a salary increase for the last 5 years); - you receive tasks way outside your job description ( copywriting, Q&A for technical solutions, all these without any guidance or assistance); - you can choose between 2 paths: doing hard work, rarely being appreciated for it, and treating it as a status quo and finishing in burnout, or doing the bare minimum (like most of the employees) and getting into a silent agreement that this is the way things work and it's totally fine, nevertheless with little chances to evolve under this atmosphere.

Long process that sometimes slowed the ability to quote due to internal process. Also struggled to get pay owed, once I handed my notice in.

Thank you for your feedback, which we very much value. Our people are our number one asset, and our engagement and support for each other contributes to our success. We continue to review our processes on a regular basis to seek ways to improve expediency to quote without losing accuracy or compliance to our governance. When sales staff leave the business there can be a delay in making payment of commission, which is always paid one month in arrears, and we have to undertake the necessary checks and balances for each payroll.

Small company that was recently merged with SSC, but nothing bad about it necessarily.
