Despite what I think is Vohkus' management's painfully blatant request that the old-timers put up a shining review due to a noticeable dip in ratings, I believe this place will never change and that it should be avoided at all costs.

We also try to ensure that we remain competitive on remuneration, as it is important for us to retain our team as well as attracting top talent. If any staff member feels strongly about our organisation and wishes to post a comment on this platform, then we are grateful for their support. Our management team would not actively petition new or existing staff to make positive statements, as we value truth and honesty at the core of our values.

Long process that sometimes slowed the ability to quote due to internal process. Also struggled to get pay owed, once I handed my notice in.

Thank you for your feedback, which we very much value. Our people are our number one asset, and our engagement and support for each other contributes to our success. We continue to review our processes on a regular basis to seek ways to improve expediency to quote without losing accuracy or compliance to our governance. When sales staff leave the business there can be a delay in making payment of commission, which is always paid one month in arrears, and we have to undertake the necessary checks and balances for each payroll.
