International structure, Best in class IT methods and tools, multi-cultural organization and good private life-work balance. Excellent opportunities for technical development for youngers

Minpunten

Bad executive management team, low decision making level. Poor efficiency of the organization and overall performance of teams can be highly improved. But maybe 2 big organisation changes in 3 years can explain the situation... Last but not least, key manager positions are in Sweden.

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Minpunten

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

I feel like decisions are made by people not involved in processes which results in day to day activities becoming more and more difficult. Unable to schedule projects to save their lives. So many last minute tests and drop in testing, theres almost no point to schedule testing.
