Perform repairs as required to install base.Perform Pm and scheduled assignments Assist customer with Training when requested. Assign IP config, Server config and network related queries as per the requirements. Spare parts-optimum consumption/faulty dispatch & request TAT. Software and Hardware upgrades. Provide complete, accurate and regular service documentation, service reports and system install reports in compliance with industry regulations.
