Management has an idea that you need to work 12 plus hours a day which leads to lazy and slothful people being promoted into positions they are not fit for. Zero accountability among management, especially if you’re in a territory they don’t particularly care about. Constant over aggressive sales ideas which leads to angry customers and long term lost of sales are an issue with brass.
