      Some of the management are great people but they aren’t treated fairly or given the right guidance.

      The owners only care about the money. They ask management to talk about growth within the company but cap every hourly worker at 30 hours. They promise different milestones and they’ll offer benefits to the full time employees but continue to move the goal line when milestones are reached. They’re never around to see results but make all the calls from an office or a golf course.

      Do not work here. Plenty of better washes that actually care about their employees. Management sits in the office watching tiktok and talking about trucks while the “new employees” do all the work. I know this because as a shift leader I saw it with my own eyes. Turnover rate is extremely high and site leaders like to talk bad about their employees. Lastly you can only work up to 30hours a week and was not told that until the second week of being hired. While I got promoted within I will always refuse to recommend any of my friends to work here because of these reasons. (Statesboro location)
