Everyone just over worked but trying to save there job so the backstabbing never quits. They have created the worst morale her in Fremont I have ever seen in 14 years even during our tough years and through lay offs. It's everyone for them selves here! NO RAISES IN YEARS. Work life balance great because there is no OT when needed so just stay home.
